SOATECS administers this site and messages sent through the corporate form. For a privacy question, use the same form and select “Privacy or legal matter.”
Privacy
We collect what is needed to respond, not to follow you around.
This policy explains plainly what happens to information submitted through the form and the minimum technical data used to protect the service.
2. Information we receive
The form may collect name, company, email, optional telephone, country, area of interest, project stage, and message. The server may also temporarily process technical information such as IP address, browser agent, origin, and time for security, abuse prevention, and hosting logs.
- We do not request passwords, banking information, or identity documents.
- Do not include sensitive personal data, secrets, or credentials in your message.
3. How it is used
We use information to review and respond to a request, assess a possible service, maintain conversation traceability, protect the form, and meet applicable obligations. We do not sell information or use it for third-party advertising.
4. Where it is kept
Valid requests are stored in a MySQL database administered for SOATECS and delivered to the business email channel. The site retains only technical hashes when needed for abuse control; the hosting provider may maintain its own server logs.
5. Retention
An inquiry is kept while needed to respond, manage a business relationship, preserve legitimate evidence, or meet an obligation. Requests with no continuing purpose may be removed under SOATECS’ operational policy.
6. Sharing and providers
Information may be processed by hosting, email, or strictly authorized specialists when needed to handle the request. It is not shared with clients or third parties for their own commercial purposes.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, input validation, automated-request controls, authenticated administrative access, and credentials outside the public directory. No Internet-connected system can promise zero risk.
8. Cookies
The site may use a language preference and a temporary security session to protect the form and administrative access. The initial release includes no advertising trackers or third-party analytics.
9. Your requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Include the request code to help us locate it. We may need to reasonably verify identity before changing information.
10. Changes
We will update this policy when processing or a relevant obligation changes. The current date is shown on this page.
